Estimated Delivery Dates

[ Edited ]

The past couple of times I've ordered from QVC (I don't order often), my orders have come a day or two past the EDD.  I ordered something on Jan. 12 with an EDD of Jan. 17.  I was happy, because this is much quicker than I usually get an order from QVC.  It finally shipped today (the 16th) by UPS Sure Post.  Transferring to the post office always takes a couple of extra days.  The EDD from UPS is the 18th, but UPS is always off by a day when it has to go through the post office.  I imagine I'll get it on the 19th.  That wouldn't be too bad if they hadn't gotten my hopes up with an earlier EDD.  I wish they could do better on that.  I used to get my orders by the EDD.

Re: Estimated Delivery Dates

I don't even look at those EDD date because tney're so inaccurate.  I frequent find on my tracking that UPS is going to be in my area so they'll deliver my packages a day early, when, according to the EDD they're a day or two late.
