I too find it incredibly odd that much of her line is from a manufacturer already on the Q (ex. Berkshire blankets) but she's just added her name. I haven't ordered anything yet.

That is because it is cheap China made junk clutter with her name on it.... Ellen should not be selling this junk just as she never belonged on American Idol in 2010 as a judge...she is not musical and had no place judging talent. It seems she just gets bad advise from her managers I guess to make extra income

I am probably the odd man (woman) out here, but I like the rep Tanya and would rather have her than ED make the presentation. I bought two sets of the red and blue coffee cups. They are a perfect size - not too big so your coffee gets cold, but not too small either.

Thanks for the replies.
I used to to watch and order much more than I do now. The quality of merchandise isn't what it used to be, but that is true in many stores, not just here. I miss many of the former hosts and vendors such as "the head Bean" from Boyd's Bears. He was as goofy as they come, but he grew on me, especially paired with Mary Beth.
I have no idea why celebrities lend their name to lines they haven't designed or had a hand in developing. Companies like Quackery Factory and Joan Rivers live on after the demise of their founders because the products still appeal to the fans of those women. I am happy for the employees of those counties that they continue to be successful.
As for my log in name, I've been knitting since I was 12 and decided my Barbie needed a sweater. I always have a knitting project and book or Kindle at hand, and enjoy many other hobbies too. 😊

Personally, I do know why she even bothers.

I don't see these two to be the same though. Serena does her own fahion clothing line, Ellen, I'm not sure what's up with the stuff she sells. I don't think any of it is stuff she creates, seems like things that others make with her name on it. Household goods - certainly nothing I'd buy nor will I like her pockets with my money. Does she give it all to charities? I'm betting not.
I have heard somewhere that Serena Williams actually does have some hand in designing things. Perhaps that she went to school for it or something. She's a young woman and will need to do something after tennis maybe!

I was just looking for something in the Insider and on 9/25 ED on air will be Live from CA, so ED will be on for that show.
