Patience Gone
I have been a QVC shopper since CVN days. However I'm saying Bye Bye. I have returns that haven't been refunded. One I mailed back on 7/1others 7/13. I regretfully sent a personal check for payment of $135 item . My check has not not been received
in a more than generous amount of time. All items were properly documented . Three of the returned items, all clothing, were all on the same order but were sent separately to me and returned properly. I got a reply from QVCSocial with a question. I answered and that was the last I heard . I replied to that same email asking for resolution and no reply . Tracking indicates all items were picked up from the post office from where I returned items , but nothing beyond that. I'm working with USPS to track. Apparently Im not alone even in my area with same issues. So I'm paying well over $200 not counting the $135 check, for merchandise I don't have. I fully appreciate and understand the serious situation we are all facing. Before the pandemic QVC customer service was top notch. I'm hoping the powers that be will be able to soon restore the Quality,Value and Convenience we as shoppers were accustomed to.

@NANA4TAC If I can be honest with you if you returned something on July 13 and today is July 30 I think it is unrealistic for you to expect the return to have been processed by now. It probably took at least a week for QVC to get the returned item. That plus they are working with a reduced staff right now. It took me 6 weeks to get a refund on an item that I returned. I was patient because I knew the circumstances they are working under. Just saying.

Happy and am thankfully reporting someone with customer service actually saw my post this morning and quickly responded. I resubmitted the requested info and soon after received an email with refund amounts . I appreciate the efforts of those who helped resolve this issue and also the offer to help in the future. This is QVC customer service alive and well, Thanks !!
