What do I click so the original post shows above my response when I reply? I click reply but the post I'm replying to doesn't show up in my post. Thanks.

@CalminHeart You click "Reply" in the post that you want to quote. After the space comes up for your reply, click 'QUOTE" (far right) and the original post should come up. HTH.

@anniemae You are welcome. My paternal GM's name was Annie Mae so seeing your username made me smile. Thank you.

There are no dumb questions, only dumb forums. These were not crafted particularly well. They're clunky and labor intensive for users. The old ones were actually much more user-friendly, though without some of the bells and whistles. And speaking of bells and whistles, just when is it again that we can anticipate some decent emoticons?

I just learned that a few weeks ago by asking the same question which is not dumb. A poster was kind enough to clue me in. Also, another kind poster (dooBdoo) explained how to use my iPad to post pictures. I went a little crazy posting them !!!!
if you don't ask, you'll never learn. If someone considers your question "dumb", it's more telling about THEM !!!!
When I was sent up to the parent company (AT&T), I could tell a lot of folks around the conference table were just as confused as I was. To not waste our time, I simply asked the presenter to describe something in simpler manner so I could understand better. Immediately half the people turned to me and said they hadn't understood the material either. My confidence level in speaking out was reinforced: if I could learn several languages and the literature that went along with it, I could trust my instincts where English was concerned !!!!
Hope this helps everybody who says "dumb question."
The only dumb question is the unasked one.
