.   Last night I needed a CS person to credit my account on an order from May that never arrived. Ups said PO had it and vice versa. I went on live chat . I was 56 in line so I put on a tv show and checked my iPad as the time progressed. It took an hour but finally CS!!  She took care of my issue in about 5 minutes. She was very polite. And I was able to enjoy my show while waiting for her!

Getting through to anything is tough. Pages move too slowly, then you tap again and things go haywire. Their system needs to move faster. I'd rather use the phone.
