Dell TSV (Nov), 600 GB HD, SHIPS WITH 500 GB HD "BATE AND SWITCH"

Dell vs QVC, who is to blame? I ordered a November TSV Dell Insp, with a 600 GB HD, only to be shipped with 500 GB HD, with NO EXPLINATION OR APOLOGY! I ordered not one, but two, I would think rather than take it upon themselves to ship it, they could and should have emailed me and asked if I still wanted to purchase them. I think they should credit the thousands of buyers a substantial discount for misleading us or send extra software to compensate for the misconception. I discovered the "switch", when I checked my order history and it was changed to 500 GB in the description.
