Thanks ! Someone mentioned David stated he was including Keto in his diet. I have also included some keto products in my diet including Nutrail brand Keto walnuts which are delicious ! Walnuts are a healthy snack. These changes in my diet has brought my A1C down to 5.7.

@Goodie2shoesCongrats on the weight loss & health improvement! Can you explain what makes a walnut "keto?" That's confusing to me since usually I think of keto products as subs for carb and sugar, neither of which I think of nuts having in them by nature ....or could be taken out of a nut if they were? Just wondering.

Perhaps the reason David talks about his weight loss so much is because his multitude of followers are always commenting and questioning him about it. I do applaud him for his achievement.
I would think it would be a great opportunity to bring some healthier food choices to QVC's food offerings.

Gosh, some people have MEDICAL reasons why they can't lose weight such as thyroid issues, low metabolism, certain medications etc.

@lizziefMy bet is he will be on in January with at least a diet book, and probably a DV weight-loss meal plan you can order. And a lot of trips to his bank.

He missed some Thanksgiving and weekend shows including Sunday's ITKWD sounded like it was a bad cold or flu.

Losing weight is a challenge, but I unintentionally lost over 30 pounds during the COVID lockdown. We isolated completely. I prepared everything we ate. Instacart delivered our groceries. The weight loss was gradual. I often made muffins, cornbread, and occasionally cakes. We did not leave anything out of our diet.
The only explanation I have is that we did not eat in restaurants or fast food. After being vaccinated we began venturing out to the drive thru and to curbside pickup at our favorite restaurants. The pounds were slowly returning until my husband's health scare this summer. When he recovered we rewarded ourselves by eating our favorite comfort foods and treats. I gained 15 pounds in the blink of an eye.
Losing weight may be as simple as preparing your own food at home.

David looks fantastic! More importantly, he says his health is so much better. I'm very happy for him.
With that said, he has become a bit tedious in the past few months. Even the vendors seem to gloss over when he talks about his low carbs during their presentations.
I used to be a frequent viewer of his twice/week Coffee Talk videos. But I stopped because they turned into Low Carb/Weight Loss Talk videos -- non stop.
I check in about every 3 weeks or so to see if he is back to interesting talk, but no. It's still 95% low carb/weight loss, 4% responding to posters who tell him their medical issues and deaths in the family, and 1% QVC-related programming talk. It's absolutely monotonous. But, it's his hour to do whatever he wants, so more power to him. I just don't tune in anymore.
I don't begrudge him a bit about still putting his weight loss at top of mind in his personal life. He continues to do a fabulous job with that journey. At last weigh-in, he said he has lost 73 pounds total.

David looks GREAT!!! His weight loss is probably because he's eating HEALTHY, eliminating junk food, sweets, high-calories foods, eating SMALLER portions (therefore FEWER calories), and EXERCISING.
NOT too hard to figure out.
