My oldest son recently lost 96 lbs doing low carb and exercising. He went through an awful divorce and custody battle and decided he needed a change. He's in such a good place physically and mentally now. He cooks for me now so that's awesome. Have I lost 96 lbs. No, but I'm happy for him.

I agree with David. Having Type 2 diabetes and going through a repeat knee replacement in 2020 I changed my diet to a low carb, low sugar and I have lost over 40#, off diabetes meds, BP meds and down to a size small and xs in some tops. David looks great !

He has shared that he is being followed by his doctor. I believe he's stated he's doing a version of keto.

Losing weight is not a mystery. Throw out the junk. Smaller portions of healthy food. Walk.
I lost 20 lbs...weigh less than I did in college.
Excuses are the only thing stopping you.
