If you follow Dan Wheeler, then you know he is hardly retired. No, he's not on QVC full-time anymore, but that was his choice. He is now following what he feels is his calling. He probably would be the first person to tell you not to feel sorry for him. Despite his loss, I believe that he feels he is very blessed.

Dan's life is no different than any of us really. He's had tragic suffering in his life like many of us. However he has a very strong faith, beautiful children he's raising, a loving family all around. He's not here anymore because this apparently isn't where he wants to be and not doing what he wants to be doing. That's why he left. On the flip side, he found another gig to do that does bring him back here periodically. He still has that great smile and laugh about him so I'm thinking he's happy. Yes he still misses the love of his life but don't we all with those who are no longer with us.

For all we know, he's probably on the dating scene already.

he seems to keep his life quite busy with his family, his on air appearances for stuffin gourmet, his fearless faith ministries, and his book was #1 for 2019 from his publisher. it sounds like he has a full life......as he should.
Dan Wheeler's book was self-published.
Thank you to all of you who have purchased “Hurricane of Love: My Journey with Beth Wheeler.” I was just informed by my publisher that it was the #1 Best Seller from Westbow Press for 2019. If you know someone who is facing a difficult journey it is a nice Christmas gift. It is available from the bookstore Westbow Press or Amazon and other book retailers. God bless you, thank you and have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Westbow Press is a company that helps authors self publish their books.

i am just passing along what dan wheeler himself wrote about his book and its #1 spot. yes, he is self published through that publishing company, along with many other authors of this type of faith book. evidently, HIS book sold more than any of the other books sold via that publisher during 2019.

Dan is quite an accomplished man, with an active lifestyle. He's a motivational speaker, author and he surrounds himself with the love of music. I can remember him talking so enthusiastically about being a musician and that he played with a group of friends.
He probably has more going on than 80% of the rest of us. Yes, he will always have a scared heart from losing his soulmate, but not unlike those of us who have traveled the same journey.
