@RescueLover  I'm sure you mean well but you are reminding me that I am not one of the "select" group to receive the promo. 

It annoys me since I have been a long time customer!  I spend thousands here each year and use the Q card but I'm not good enough to get the promo.....maybe it's because I spend too much?

I am also annoyed that I did not get a promo card. What are the criteria for this special bonus?

The fact that I did not get this promo card, while others did, makes me feel like an "underprivileged" customer, a feeling I have never had from any other retailer and a feeling that encourages me to shop elsewhere.

My Husband received one the end of July, so many might forget about it.



And depending on how much one shops, those S&H fees can add up ! 🥴

For those who think they may not receive one, you still may. I read a few posts awhile back about discount codes from the Q that I hadn't received. I was a little bummed, but it didn't mean that much to me. Well, shortly after I did eventually receive notification of these deals. I believe one was that day the deal started.

However, if you are talking about a Q-card then no, you wouldn't receive the deals if you don't have one. Everything else, you might receive it still.

The shipping cost is taxed.  So it can get expensive if a person is placing many orders.

@haddon9 - I agree, it's annoying to keep hearing about these discounts and offers that only "select customers" seem to receive.

And it also seems to be a lot of the same customers.

I think the only answer for those of us who are not "select customers" is to stop ordering anything, until we become "select".

Right now I have an order placed on the 5th that still says "preparing your order".  What does that mean?  Are they having to physically make it before they can ship it?  I placed two orders on the same day and I've cancelled one.

Thank you, QVC, for giving me plenty of time to change my mind.  Especially when I know others could've gotten the same deal with a discount and/or free shipping!

Another way to loose more customers, offer to a few and let the others regret purchasing from the Q. Down the slide we go!!🤔

As much as I hate to admit this, I get most of not all of these postcards and mailers.  The only thing I can think of is that I have a Q Card and do not pay it off each month.  Yes I know I'm carrying a balance at a high interest rate and I'm being irresponsible 😁but I'm wondering if that's why I get all the mailers.

I never see anyone else with a Q card ever say they have a balance.  And yes, QVC makes A LOT of money off of me.

I got the postcard with the free shipping code and the 20% off discount. I do not have a Q card and I don't order often from QVC. 

Even though the card shows free unlimited shipping. I am not sure it means free shipping on all items purchased between 8-15 and 8-25. The fine print says "one code per transaction."  To me this means use it once and it's done. I can't imagine that they are giving free shipping on all purchases for 10 days.  But who knows? Unless I really want something I won't be using it. I did use the 20% off on a pair of earrings.
