She reminds me of my junior high gym teacher.

  • By this time, I think D&C sells itself. Do we really need anyone else??

They should have asked  Carolyn  if she wanted to do it.

@meem120 Oh no, not bossy Carolyn. Never liked her with her bossy, condescending, know it all attitude and her silly squirrels!

@Patriot3  -  I agree that Gracie did carry a bossy attitude when she worked with Gary selling D & C.

I thought Jackie M. was a good fit.

@ellaphant  I think they definitely do.  QVC has Denim & Co. on nearly every single day.  Between TSVs and Big Deals, it pops up everywhere.

Also, it has its own weekly show, the weekly fashion-themed shows, 50 & Fabulous/Style shows, and countless QVC 2 appearances.  Gary cannot possibly do all of those appearances, with no break or vacation time.

Even Susan Graver gets a brand rep. 😂

They need someone like the rep Susan graver has when she is not on. Denim and co. Is starting to look stale. They need someone to give it some " new life". Someone with style to show it off in a better light.

Beth is a terrific brand rep for Graver @Janey2 .  Good example.

I don't think a brand rep is needed at all. I buy a lot online and in catalogs. I don't need to know the inspiration, etc. Presentations are too long. I know if I like something and look at sizing and fabric details ( available on all sites) if I have questions.

I get your point, for you.  But that's not the QVC model.  They sell by having the aggressive sales pitch (host) along with the brand rep (product features).  At least that's their business model, even if the roles get reversed sometimes.

Who knows, your preference may be the new QVC when they come out of Chapter 11.

I think Denim & Co. is dying on the vine. They definitely need to do something.

Gary and Jane are like two old codgers , laughing and laughing at nothing much and boring to morbidity.

A new designer, host and rep could bring D&Co. up to the 21st Century and make some big bucks!

Gary is way past his prime.
