If the phone call isn't going the way you CALMLY think it should, I think it is better to call back and talk to someone else.

I have been very happy with QVC Customer Service. They always seem willing to address any issue that you may have and making sure you are happy with the outcome. Only once did I want to crawl through the phone to get through to a rep and that was during the pandemic. She was obviously working from home, no clue and more concerned about lunch and feeding/walking her dog. I should have reported her but what would have been the point. Most of these people are there to help you with your issue(s) and usually they can resolve whatever problem you have. I have nothing but respect for them and my sincere appreciation.
