Don't generalize comments when unhappy with an exchange with one agent. It really is important to treat each agent as an individual. They either have pride in their work or they don't. I had two horrible experiences this weekend and one great one today, and I told her that. Each person needs to hear they did a great job! I remember how that made a difference for me.

I have never had a bad experence with customer service.I feel they go out of thier way to understand your problem.Thank You customer Service!

This is a good post but I think simple thank you is sufficient enough. After all it is their job and you are as the customer always right or you wouldn't be calling to get it right. On the other hand when you don't get the results you deserve that is the time to start screaming.

I have only had one negative interaction with a phone CS person, when I didn't get reimbursed for shipping on a defective item I had returned. I wrote my reason on the return shipping form, and had to repeat it to this person when I called. She snipped at me, that my reason wasn't valid, but as a one-time courtesy, she'd credit my account. Since the issue got resolved, I didn't take it further, but didn't appreciate the attitude.
everyone else has been professional and very nice!

I cannot imagine working in Customer Service in any company. Helping a customer get an issue resolved would be a good feeling but I think customer service workers also get alot of abuse from impatient and unhappy customers.

That is your right to say whatever you wish. It's unfortunate that you didn't have access to her tip jar. She would of appreciated that more.

If the phone call isn't going the way you CALMLY think it should, I think it is better to call back and talk to someone else.
