I can't stand the call ins. It takes time away from the presentation, and the "hopeful" possibility of finding out what size everyone is wearing and how tall they are. I enjoyy the banter on set, but please, give us the information we need to make an informed purchasing decision.
If I ever were to call in, it would be because I have the item and how much I enjoy the fit, value etc.

@Estellee :It isn't just about "tuning out the callers". It is also how much time they take up. It is one of the reasons I hardly ever watch and when I do it just for a few seconds.

I agree the calls do take up a bit of presentation time, but according to the majority of posts I've read they spend too much time on each presentation anyway.
Imo, the calls are simply the audio representation of the forums. Basically they're no different than the comments we read here on a daily basis.

It would be better to get rid of the calls, take a comment from written reviews and ONCE IN A WHILE, scroll a comment along the bottom of the screen. The phone calls are painful to get through.
