A year or so ago my PTR large retinol got lost.  Also, a QVC order for a Tatcha item.  I hope whoever got them is lookin' good.  (I couldn't get replacement orders as both items were sold out.)

I'm knockin on wood with one hand as I type with the other.  QVC has never lost an item I ordered.  

 

Now typing with fingers crossed - I ordered the convert a bench TSV Woman LOL

There are times when you must speak, not because you are going to change the opposing side, but because if you do not speak, they have changed you.

@tl98466,  if you do not need the XL size, a particular color or easy pay do a search on Amazon for Convert A Bench.   There are listings for that brand and other brands some with a lower price and free shipping.
