Re: Continued delivery delays

QVC is the only one I am having order issues with.  It takes forever to get or the orders or they go to backorder.  I have ordered from Macys, Loft and Aerie and they arrive in 3-4 days.

Re: Continued delivery delays

QVC's shipping has been a disaster for a while. If it was free shipping it would be bad enough but we pay top dollar for shipping and it still takes an eternity to arrive.

@Foxxee

Thought I will update folks on the forum. Got email confirmation that QVC processed the refund. Now to wait and watch if the order shows up

Re: Continued delivery delays

After I receive or cancel my outstanding items (not from QVC) I'm not ordering anything else for a long time unless I can pick it up at the store.

I have 3 items from 3 different retailers, 2 using FedEx and the other I have no idea, that are MIA, 1 ordered 3 weeks ago, 2 ordered over 2 weeks ago.  There is something happening with shipping in general.

None of the retailers can tell me what the problem is and I know 1 FedEx item has been sitting in Henderson, NV for over a week, no idea why.

I have had nothing but problems with every order that I've placed with QVC in the last year. Invalid tracking numbers, lost and damaged items, duplicate billings...the list goes on. It's ONLY QVC. None of the other places that I order from have had any problems. If there's been a shipment delay, it's only been a day or two.

As soon as the return is processed for some defective earrings that I just sent back, I'm done. I probably only purchase about $1000 a year from the Q, but that's money that's going elsewhere.

I have a return for a defective necklace that is still in transit according to QVC.  It's been over a week.  I don't know what's going on.  QVC told me a third party shipper was involved (I sent USPS) but they couldn't tell me who the third party shipper was.  How can they not know that?

Re: Continued delivery delays

I ordered two items from HSN over the weekend and both have already arrived (4 days).  I ordered an item from QVC on Saturday and it is still processing.....  I live less than 2 hours from QVC and 15 hours from HSN.  Shipping problems are a QVC thing.

Re: Continued delivery delays

I have ordered four things in the month of June and only one has shipped.  I get emails of apology that the item is "delayed" and have canceled two items that took over two weeks passed the order date even to get processed.

Whether they like it or not, QVC is competing with Amazon and eBay.  The former gets things to the consumer in hours.  Even the latter, which relies on similar shipping methods as QVC gets things to you in a week or less.

I'm pretty much done ordering from QVC because I don't buy their continued excuses for shipping.  Other vendors don't seem to have them and the prices are competitive.  There's nothing you can't get on QVC that you can't find on Amazon or eBay and you actually HAVE the item days after you order it.

Buy, buy QVC?  No.

Bye-bye, QVC.

Re: Continued delivery delays

QVC relies on propoganda.

You are surprised?

Have you EVER seen a QVC sales clown say that an item she was selling is a piece of ******?

Course not.
