This is my first time buying on QVC and I am totally flabbergasted at their shipping issues.
if I had known and read about the forums, I would have never bought from QVC. Ordered a fitness tracker as the price was great but now realize that I should gone to Amazon or Target and gotten it.
Ordered on 4/18/21 - got the UPS mail innovations label on 4/20/21. Order on system shows shipped 4/21/21. Original expected due date was 4/22/21. Its 4/25/21 and UPS has not even got the package on their hands. I chatted with customer service and I was told to wait till 4/29 and then connect back. Ridiculous that the order has not even got to UPS for 4 days

Yes, many of us have had similar complaints. Shippers have been a mess, overwhelmed, this past year because of covid with numerous errors and confusing tracking information.
It's difficult to say it's QVC's fault or UPS. It also could be sent by the manufacturer, so that could be another party to add to the confusion.
Email the Social Team at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com with your order number and explanation.
Maybe, someone there can help you.

This "delivery challenge" is an across-the-board problem. It took 12 days for my state tax payment to reach its destination. 24 miles to the state capitol from my local post office......

long story short.....ANY other merchant I buy from? NO problem. They've been blaming this disease. If you want no problem with your shipments you must choose your shipping method. It's on the check out page. There's an edit red arrow drop down menu. I use the second one, yes, it's more money but the "good" shipping is now on you (and me) and that choice is UPS ALL THE WAY!!! I get my orders in two days!

I have had nothing but problems with every order that I've placed with QVC in the last year. Invalid tracking numbers, lost and damaged items, duplicate billings...the list goes on. It's ONLY QVC. None of the other places that I order from have had any problems. If there's been a shipment delay, it's only been a day or two.
As soon as the return is processed for some defective earrings that I just sent back, I'm done. I probably only purchase about $1000 a year from the Q, but that's money that's going elsewhere.

I agree with others....shipping/postal services truly a mess these days. I'm so thankful that I never signed up for mail order prescriptions! But with the delays at the docks in California, Covid, etc, I'm not really surprised at some of the delays. Challenging times for everyone.

@Krimpette Strangely, my mail order prescriptions come like clock-work. I've never had a single one delayed by even a day. I think they're making a special effort to deliver them expeditiously. Since I have auto-refill, I never even have to think about getting them. It's a great service.

Thanks @Foxxee for the assist. I reached out to the QVC social team. I had two reps reply.
First one said:
I apologize for the delay in receiving your order. This item is shipped by the Vendor and that adds two additional days to the arrival date. We’d like to give the order a few more days to arrive. If you don’t see any tracking info in the next two days please email us and we can issue a refund.
then got a second emai a minute later from a different rep:
I am very sorry you are unhappy with the shipping, I can certainly understand the frustration. Unfortunately, the order looks to have experienced an error during shipping, it seems to be lost. We will have to issue a refund for you, we currently have no stock to replace the item, I am sorry.
Seems like order screwed up due to some error

One told you to wait a few more days...a common response. The other said your order was lost and sold out. Also, that response is common, or they'll send another order. You may have received a refund, but....
There may be a shipping and tracking error that doesn't necessarily mean you won't get your order. I've seen this type of thing before and eventually received mine after waiting longer. There were times there was no communication after showing the item hadn't been picked up, then suddenly one day I received an email from the shipper my order was delivered.
You could contact the Social Team again and ask someone to clarify the two different emails or wait to see if you receive the order. Give it about 7-10 days and watch for any messages on the tracking number. UPS may straighten it out. If you receive a refund on your card, QVC may recharge when they are notified by the shipper your order was delivered. If not, contact the Social Team again to take care of it.
In the meantime, if you purchase this from another retailer, then receive your order from QVC, you will need to return one of them. Another headache.
Sorry, this happened to you on your first purchase with QVC. I know this is a real mess and as I said before, many of us here experienced the same as you.

Thanks so much for the help here. I have reached out for clarification from the social team.
As you said I needed the item soon so have ordered from another retailer. Hopefully QVC refunds. even if I get it at a much later date, would like to send back.
