has the Q heard us and gotten rid of those images that would pop up over a color selection of a top, dress, etc and block the name of the color?  i have tried several items and it seems to have been fixed!   if so, yay, QVC -  thanks for listening

My problem is getting the color on the model to change.  I think they have to write new code for every type of device and computer out there.  I also still can't leave hearts.  Very frustrating.  I have good ol' Windows 7 IE 11.

Yep, they're still on my screen, too. I'm not sure QVC listens to us much. And the people who make the so called "improvements" to Q's shopping site are clueless about shopping here.

Mine still covers over the colors...and I sometimes can't get the colors to change on the pictures...so annoying....

Hello @ms traditional @circles @pupwhipped @depglass @Zita - If you click on any of the still photos the pop up will stop and you can see the color names. Hope this helps.

Hmmmm...It did work for me @pupwhipped. I clicked on one of the still photos and was able to see the color selections without a pop up.

@Eva-QVC, let me back up and clarify what I'm talking about, and what I don't like here. I don't like when the sold out button will pop up over an item and not let you see what the color name is. Even if it's currently sold out, it may be the color I prefer and I may want to wait to see if it comes back in stock...and they often do come back in. But I can't see the color name.

The big frustration is this was never a problem with the old way the pages were set up. And now there is also so much extra clicking, and paging up and down, and having to "unmute" every single video you watch....literally it takes three to four times as long to get to where you want to go as it once did. It's really unbelievable in many ways.

Gotcha @pupwhipped - I see what you mean now. I can still see the color name but it is slightly hidden. I'm sorry for your frustration and I will pass along your feedback. Hopefully this can be adjusted. Thanks and have a great holiday!
