Does anyone know if the Christmas returns need to be SENT before January 31 or RECEIVED by QVC before the 31st?

I'm pretty sure that it has to be postmarked by 1/31, but call CS or ask the Mods on the Customer Care forum, to be sure.

I'm not sure. I would just get it in the mail ASAP so you don't have to worry about it. Found this info on Q's site. Does not state received by date or postmarked by date?

Yes, you can shop with confidence—any holiday gift you purchase now thru 12/21/17 at 11:59am ET can be returned for any reason for a refund of the purchase price, minus the S&H and Q Return Label fee until 1/31/18, or exchanged for a free replacement of the same item in a different color or size. I think it probably needs to get there by the 31st. I wouldn't risk it though, I'd mail it asap to avoid issues.

I'm pretty sure it is the postmark date, as with any regular return. They should make that clarification in the return information. But I agree with everyone else, call CS to be sure.

If it's "received by", well good luck with that if you use the prepaid sticker they give you. Sometimes mine sit at the post office for a week or two before moving on.

I sent my returns several days ago. I don't want to take a chance. The returns dept. must be very busy right now.

Hopefully a mod will answer. The holiday return policy that is in writing doesn't really say. It just states items can be returned until 1/31/18 for a refund. I'm not sure how to interpret that.
