Check orders going to prIocess

I placed four items on check status. They went to 'process.'

I called CS and was told what I see on my web page isn't really the situation.

I'm concerned that the orders will go to my cc. This happened to my sister over Christmas holidays.

That is an interesting comment. That would make me nervous if the order information is not accurate.

@lavendar  If you are still using checks, why not just use your bank debit card since it's easier, quicker and would avoid all that worry.

@lavendar is your CC stored  with QVC? If so then delete it and they won't be able to process any orders on your CC.

So they can charge your card without your permission?  That doesn't seem right.

Why are you holding 4 items/orders on check status?

Do you really intend to pay for them by check or are you just trying to hold the items for yourself while you decide?

I agree, if you have a checking account, you have the ability to electronically debit.  You also said you have a CC, so why the hold?

i believe that if a item is selling out, that check "hold" will not be held, if someone with a cc wants it.  confirmed purchase overrides a hold.

@lavendar   I have taken a look at your account and see no orders "in proccess" at this time, can you email us the order numbers in question to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com, we will be happy to take a look.
