I am not sure if looking for new formats to sell the same old, same old is the answer.  

If they don't come up with new product lines, attractive price points, I can't see things improving.

Watching someone sell a polyester tunic top on streaming, TikTok, live QVC/HSN or whatever, it is still a polyester tunic top.  It doesn't matter how many cute songs they come up with or dance moves.

They need new merchandise ideas in every category and the sooner the better.  If other companies can offer free shipping and returns, maybe they should look into that.

The free exchanges is only good if the product is in stock.  If not, you pay for the return.  Not really a deal.  Also the coupons have so many stipulations that few can be utilized.  It seems that every price has some "title" attached to it, Big Deal, Clearance, One day only, Q deal, anything that nullifies a coupon.  

Don't get me wrong.  I do not want to see the Q fail. BUT it isn't a place of deals or new ideas anymore.
