It has seemed to me that for some time QVC has totally lost sight of it's mission, which is selling, and it's customers.

They keep throwing out the same items in slightly different iterations, simply competing against itself.  It brought in celebrity names, but most of them didn't add to the items carried much.  So much of what they sell was rebranded of their own merchandise.

@elated not picking out favorites or anything like that from the list but the IHKWIP boys that I believe still own their company unlike the Berkman boys,  they are a small and young company.  I would think that they would need the money to grow their business.  This is what myself and many have been saying for months about the trickle down effect of a company facing hard times.  The impact is ginormous but meanwhile the inept management team walks away with millions of dollars in their pockets.  Wrong to me on so many levels.  I am not sure how they can look at themselves in the mirror each day.

When I don’t pay our company’s UPS bill on time, they don’t hesitate to slap a late fee on us. Think UPS charges QVC late fees? Like others have asked, why would a vendor keep selling and giving up merchandise if they are not being paid? I wonder how far back the unpaid invoices go. Just exactly how far behind are they on their bills?

The vendors listed were Unsecured Claims that existed as payable on the filing date, April 16th.  Bankruptcy Court rules require the debtor to list the 30 largest Unsecured Claims as of the filing date.

It's likely by now that most have been paid in full after the Judge granted QVC Group the ability to pay.

They are unimpaired claims and didn't even vote on the Plan since they are unimpaired.

As you might have expected,  the Preferred Shareholders, disagreeing with Bankruptcy Court, have filed an appeal with the United States District Court in Southern Texas.

They have requested the Bankruptcy Court to stay confirmation of the QVC Group plan until the appeal is heard.

Once the judge makes his final ruling the new QVC that will emerge is going to be one that has shows that are quicker paced give pertinent information and show more items per hour.. Eventually Q2 will be fazed out as cable is shrinking and they won't need all 32 hosts so QVC will have to decide who they want to keep .

@Parischic  This sounds like a very good & likely guess.  I agree.  I also think HSN melds into QVC and ceases to be a separate entity.

Should things move forward,  I think that something will happen with HSN.

An interesting aspect of Chapter 11 is that certain debtor financial reports must be made monthly.

The customer revenue disclosure for May 2026 reveals the size differential between QVC and HSN.

Customer Sales Revenue, May 2026 (Excludes QVC International)

QVC:  $300 million

HSN:  $ 91 million

Cornerstone Brands:  $82 million

Re: Chapter 11 Favorable Court Ruling Today

A good deal of the shows are demeaning to women.  I refuse to watch.  Unfortunately the quality of the merchandise is getting worse.  Susan Graver is hanging on; Women with Control; Logo but the Q has fewer and fewer quality designers.  I find I turn now to trid and True Catalogs.  I do wish Kathy Levine was more prominent in showcasing her Dimonique designs.  Not all the same old same old and she's enjoyable to watch.
