Gee, I never thought of it that way.  I'm paying too much attention to my frequent flyer miles and that rewards program, HA.  Maybe shopping at the Q should be similar.  A benefit linked to shipping charges, or lack thereof, would be nice Smiley Happy

I don't feel like they owe me anything more than sending what is advertised (not anything less), and having it arrive in a reasonable amount of time.

Granted, it takes longer to get QVC orders than those from many other retailers but they do give you a 10 day ETA on items except perishable food items, so they tend to be true to that.

I don't understand why they would owe anything more than that.  As others have mentioned, this is a sales thing that lots of retailers do and have done for ages, so it's nothing new.

Yes, I feel slighted. That is not the way things were 30 years when I joined Q.V.C. But they seem like they need to drum up more business .

That's such a good point because I bet they really do need to find a very large number of new customers.   The customers to whom they have catered over the years are aging out, to a fair degree.

I really wonder how they will get younger folks as it's hard to imagine young folks watching stuff like this when there are so many easier, faster, and better priced ways, to get merchandise.

I'm not saying that to be negative about QVC.  But it seems like a fact of life that they may need to branch themselves out in some different ways at this point in history.

I would be happy with free S&H and free returns, but no, instead they raise the S&H.

It would be nice if QVC had some type of reward program. Spend a certain amout and say you get 20-30% off of your next order.  It could generate more sales.  Or buy two, get half price off of one.  Bring back, money off if you purchase multiples of a single item.
