I don't get what "fun" people get out of forming new nicks to post things.
I really don't.
Part of their “fun” is watching the clueless passionately defend them. As long as people come along saying “don’t you dare doubt, don’t you dare question, how mean you are, nasty you”, then the t-people are having fun. They aim for conflict and shadow boxing.

You can tell the intent of the person and whether they are a legit newbie to the Forums or just trolls. Why would a new poster comment on a host that has been gone for about a month now...and only that defunct host....they are just trying to stir up trouble....and QVC doesnt need that type of clutter on their Forums.....Amazon got rid of their Forums because they became too much of a hastle to maintain...do you want this to happen to QVC forums because someone is playing games.....???? Legit newbies I welcome but it doesnt take much to differentiate the real newbies from the frauds!
What I love are those who insist ‘what difference does it make’ and say they’re utterly delighted to accept anyone and everyone at face value, even trolls (yes, they have actually said this) as long as the trolls entertain them.
I can’t fathom being fine and cheerful about being played and lied to by people who change their sign-ins like they change their socks. I’ll never be that much Mary Sunshine.
Having been on Forums since the 80's I guess Ive just become cynical..![]()

Mean girls.
Alex is gone and these new posters keep appearing to just stir the pot ....either that or its someone related to Alex thinking they can get QVC to bring her back if they put enough posts on the Forum saying how much they loved Alex....
There have been sufficient threads that discussed the fact that she left QVC and that was 4 weeks ago....
ENOUGH of these trolls and these posts!
Don't read them, it's the board version of change the channnel. This way everyone is heard and no one need be aggravated.
@QVCkitty1---
Its against the rules
- No Trolling - "Trolling" is a big, messy term, but we know what trolls are and we won't tolerate it. If you're abusing good conversations, we will take your comments and posts down.
- Do not cross-post - Don’t make duplicate posts across different forums — it clogs things up and fractures the conversation.
@Spurt, you forgot the biggie - Thou Shalt Not Have More Than One Posting ID. Not one at a time, today, tomorrow, this week - but just one, period.

I truly mean no offense, but it seems like much ado about nothing. I have also observed in my time here, sometimes trolling is in the eye of the beholder.

IMHO I agree totally with Spurt and Moonchild. She is gone. I saw her a few times and did not like her as a host. That don't mean she is a bad person, that means she just was not Q material. I agree Get over it and move on. Too much time wasted on hosts that are no longer on. So What?
I also find the new posters that start these things, have way too much time on their hands. I think all posts reguarding old hosts should be removed.

@Spurt Thanks for the input. I guess I'm not on the boards enough to know the difference. I will try to pay attention or at least butt out when I don't know the reasoning. Again thanks and my apology to Moonchild too...

And I behold it, every day. I’ve just decided not to be someone’s entertainment. Others’ MMV and they may not mind being played with; I do. But every poster is free to engage with other posters...or not.

People need to keep in mind that a probationary period is not just about a corporation learning that a new employee may not be suited for a job. It's also a period when the employee tries on the position for size and decides whether or not it's a fit. To join QVC just as the Christmas madness was beginning and the pressure to sell, sell, sell would be very difficult. Obviously not everyone is cut out to be a salesperson and work under pressure. Bravo to anyone who knows herself well enough to know this kind of job isn't for her, cuts her losses and moves on.
The decision to separate from employment is not always made by the employer. It can be a very wise choice of the employee.

I thought she said on Twitter or Instagram or some such, that she was let go but was not given a reason why.
