This is ridiculous, this is the second evening in a row you can't order. Don't the vendors pay for their air time and if they send a rep they have to pay the rep and the customer can't order! How can you order over the phone when they can't enter the order on the web site. What shows up when you try to access a product online it comes up as sold out.

I agree with every word you said. I hope they are reading these forums. I have bumped up the other threads because as you stated this is a CHRONIC issue and one I've complained about many times. If susan Graver sold her items on Amazon i wouldnt shop with QVC because of the issues you outlined.... so very Irritating.....

Warning for the future: when this happens to the site and you get a message that the site can place your order but can't yet determine the tax but will do so later, do not place your order. That happened to me a few times and everything came out fine when I placed my order under those conditions, but the last time I did that I never did get the item (it was a lunchtime special which is why I placed it at the time I did) and it sold out and I never did get it. So, if the site says it will place your order but cannot yet determine the tax which will be determined later, don't trust it. My order was lost.

This is unbelievable ... I have been trying to order on-line for THREE days and can not complete an order? What is going on?? Their sales have to be plummeting and it appears that the higher ups don't give a care....
Perhaps Amazon will just take over EVERYTHING!!

I ordered the breezie bras at midnight and the webpage said rest assured your order has been placed and will show up soon on the order status. I ordered 2 bras to take advantage of the buy more and save. So during the evening I purchased more bras and checked and saw that my order was still not showing up so I called CS and they said they were hand counting my order and not to worry. Tonight I checked and someone in CS placed an order on my account for only one bra at the FEATURED price(I didn't notice the price though) on WAITLIST! So I called CS and they basically said oh well, sorry and we have no way of knowing what I ordered... I asked to speak to a supervisor and she did add another bra for the wrong price. I also had her cancel all the extra orders. Then I checked my order status again and that's when I had to call back again to get the TSV PRICE. What a mess! I'm so disappointed and I WISH I hadn't looked at bedtime. I was so mad I cancelled all the extra ones I purchased and will just try the ones on waitlist. If they don't come in oh well, I won't care now. Basically, they OVERSOLD because they didn't have the early orders counted...I purchase too much on QVC anyway and just needed this to stop buying and cool it.....

Just tried to check my order status and got some error message. Had a 'live' chat with someone from qvc who confirmed their system is down. This happens A LOT. I don't get it.

Jill mentioned they were having system wide issues!! It can't be easy for the vendors either---they have quotas to make!!
