I placed an order this morning, then decided to cancel it. There is no option to do that with this new setup. It shows as an auto-delivery item, which it was not. Regardless of that fact, I sent an email to CS to cancel it, which was not acknowledged. I guess the only way to stop it is to refuse shipment. My buying days with QVC are getting numbered.

People gripe when their orders don't go out instantaneously, and they gripe when they start getting processed right away.

If you can't get it to work online, why not make a phone call to Customer Service?

Call customer service about cancelling your order. I know it is frustrating, but we need to be sure we want what we are ordering. I have learned to avoid the sales pressure, even if the item sells out.

call the c.s. number and it will give you the option to cancel your order....unless its too far along in the system...then it won't cancel....

I ordered a pair of boots two days ago and they are here today....however I ordered a ring on BBD that has been shipped...but floating around the country....lol...and I ordered some shoes the same day I ordered the boots....that haven't even left the warehouse...

I will never understand the shipping system the Q has....

I use the check option most of the time. Gives me time to change my mind or cancel the order. Also usually some reviews show up before it will cancel out, so that helps me too

I know. Some things ship out right away. Other stuff sits in process for days later. I don't get it either. Must be a warehouse thing.........

You can use the phone automated system to cancel as well as call customer service.

You normally have the option to cancel online under ""order status"" for at least a day. The exception might be when the vendor is doing the shipping. Then there is no cancellation option.

I don't know of any other online retailers where you can cancel your order hours after you place it. Maybe the Q is moving towards what everyone else is doing.

I sent an email to CS and they did cancel the order. I told them the system did not have an option to do that, and they acknowledged that was a problem they were aware of and working on. Seems like every time they change their system to make it better, it causes confusion for a while. Anyway, problem solved, and thanks for your input.
