Can't Make Card Payment On Line!

I have been trying to make my q card payment and the screen is just blank when I go into making a payment.  It happens on my phone too.  Anyone else having this issue?

You can probably just call (land line - not a smart phone) and make a payment.

No problem for me

Are you scrolling around to see if what you need is way below or to the side?

Only other thing I can suggest is to clear cache and cookies and restart.

I tried recently and got a pop up that said my account was suspended.  I called and they said they were having technical issues and I was not suspended ( which I suspected), I would definitely call if this continues to be an issue.

Yes I wanted to make a larger payment.  Emailed me instructions on steps to go to easy pay and did all that when I clicked on continue which should have taken me to the final step.  Page stated QVC site unavailable.  Tried several times over several days.  Same thing happens.

They suggested I call which I did.  They don't know why but they would make the payment for me. 

Kinda defeates  makes the easy online easy payment  claim.
