I agree @sashamatthews, Amazon reps are amazing. The biggest difference with them is that they are empowered to do what needs to be done to address the issue and can resolve it on the spot. I have no hesitation ordering from them because, on those rare times when there is a problem, I know it will be fixed quickly and painlessly.

I love my employer and we have great benefits, but LOUSY service from our medical insurer....they always close phone conversations with the line, "we are here 24/7 to serve you and answer any questions".....the funny thing is they either don't know the answer OR will give you an answer but it turns out to be WRONG information.... Woman Frustrated
