@GAC65 he is the Copper Chef rep. and sometimes presents other brands, as well.

he is an on air guest chef and product vendor on qvc.....he has been on qvc since 1999.

he also does infomercials.

right now he has recently had some back surgery and is recovering and taking a little time off from qvc presenting.

Thank you for update on back surgery!  I was just thinking about him the other day for same reason--where are you Eric?  Love his enthusiasm with presentations.

I think he's trying to replace Ron Popeil as the "Infomercial King".  It'll never happen, no matter how hard he tries.
