Never any really discounts. The promos on the webpage "under $50" "under $40" and the prices are 49.98 or 39.96. Big deal. Or the hosts will say you can get it home for $10. Yea, $10 times 5.

@homedecor1- I just returned a product to HSN this past week - the Beekman facial wipes, because they were dry and the smell was overpowering (not a nice smell).
In my opinion, facial wipes should be moist, so they were defective. But they still deducted the $7.95 return shipping fee from my return. Luckily, I used PayPal and they will refund my shipping charge.
I've ordered things from HSN occasionally, but I can't say I'm a big fan.

@Venezia did you mark your return as defective or call CS? you are not charged shipping if the product is defective. I would say a dry facial wipe is defective.

@DJs mom- Yes, I did mark it defective and also for the reason "Freshness". Didn't make any difference. No, I didn't call them. I had issues with HSN years back that went on for months - literally - with me returning a pair of boots they sent in the wrong color and them sending them back and forth, saying I was out of time to return them! (I sent them back the day after I received them.)
They charged my CC so many times it was absurd and I finally sent a certified letter to Mindy Grossman, who never even replied. But after that they refunded my CC and kept the boots.
So...like I said, not a fan and I prefer not to deal with their customer service.

QVC tries to convince everyone that Easy Pay is saving you money!!! Also, it really irritates me when the host only gives one Easy Pay payment instead of the total price of the item!!!
