I ordered a product and then decided I didn't need it and cancelled it within

an hour afterwards.  It said the item was cancelled and would not ship. Today

I receive an email from QVC saying the item was shipped.  Since I was told it

was cancelled and would not ship now I will have to return it (more money).  I did

not think that I would have to go into order status to make sure.  Disappointed to

think that we have to check everything now.

This happens fairly frequently when the computers wires seem to cross.  When you get the item, don't open it, write "refused, return to sender" on it and give it back to whoever delivered it.  You won't be charged return shipping.  If your postal carrier delivered it, you can drop it at the post office, leave it for your carrier or request a pick up online at USPS.com.

I'm pretty good at wanting what I order.  I don't really have to cancel. I like that.  I now am adding the challenge of "think on it for 24 hours".  Unless it's something I reorder on certain occasions, I like to think on some purchases.  (Ponder on whether I really need it or not).
