Wait, didn't you hear?  There was free shipping the other day.  All day.  Jane even did a count down every 10 minutes in between professing her undying love for anyone that came in 2 feet of her.

@Alexa6352  With all due respect, I assume those that are complaining (including me) are longtime QVC customers who are disappointed in the programs scheduled when we do want to watch the channel & would like to be able to order again. We are also not pleased with all the negative changes in pricing, shipping, etc. & hope that by voicing these concerns, they will eventually be heard by someone who can put Q back to where it was when I also used to be a viewer many hours a day.  I know there are many people who continue to watch, no one is is trying to take away their channel or to change their tv habits. Maybe your mother in law would approve of some different programming as well. If you are pleased with QVC as it is, I regret you are reading many negative posts. Unfortunately I fear they will continue because there are many people unhappy with the Q the way it is now.

If I look at the programming guide and all of the shows have the word "gift" in them, I don't even bother to tune in since IMO it is a waste of my time.  It is not how I shop for gifts and wading thru hours of nonsense when most of it is the same old same old stuff that has been on all year is not worthwhile.

@GinaV24 I have the the same reaction if I see a huge sale table of asst. clothing...tangled together, all sizes, colors, threads hanging off....even at 50% off, it's a turnoff. I don't have the patience to wade through the stacks.

@iceRedfire I read these posts and I wonder..If all of these people DON'T WATCH QVC..How do they know what's being shown? They hate all the same shows.They don't shop here anymore..So: Why are you on these forums?I don't get it..and I just want to say one more thing..All of you who are so unhappy..Wake up you are a HANDFUL of people...Do you really think that you are a MAJORITY..There are so many people who..Never read these boards,don't have a computer..They shop by the phone and ACTUALLY WATCH THE SHOWS..Many people are not able to get out or don't use a computer..My Mother-in-law is one of them and she watches QVC all the time. It keeps her company She picks up the phone when she wants to order.She loves the Hosts and feels like they are family..So, wake up,there are those who don't feel like you do..many who don't..Just my 2cents worth

Uh huh... Thanks... Fully awake...

Me too... The idea of watching hour after hour of generic 'gifts' doesn't do it for me... That there might potentially be an item of interest doesn't balance out the time investment... Likewise and in fairness, I'm also not going to spend hours scouring hundreds of pages of 'deals' on a retailer's website (I'm thinking Amazon here) 'just in case' something pops up... I usually have a general idea of what I'm seeking and that 'sale table' that contains everything from soup to nuts is just not the way I choose to go...

@stevieb @Shanus yes I agree with both of you.  It doesn't appeal to me to waste my time like that.  Once in a while there might be something that I go "aha" but most of the time, I have a pretty good idea of what I'm looking for to buy for each person so the random approach doesn't do it for me.

My shopping for my family is pretty much done.  I have 2 gifts I need to pickup for friends and I'll do that this weekend and then I am done except for the wrapping.

Q has gone to their being hours and hours of random blathering about nothing I want so I don't watch.

I looked at the new arrivals today and saw one item of clothing that I considered up until I read where the pants were pull on with faux pockets and that was a no go for me.  I don't need them anyway.

@Shanus

Ugh!  I could never shop like that.  How disgusting.  And it probably falls apart during the first washing.
