I didn't see very many of her presentations--not enough to form an opinion--but do remember her.  Hope she is doing well.

I do remember seeing her a number of times, thinking she was pretty and trying to like her, but also thinking she wasn't doing a particularly good job as a host... Of course, that was back in the day before the frantic and frenzied hosts became the norm and they all started talking in pretty much the exact same management issued sound bites... By today's standards, who knows...

I noticed that she posted a highlight clip on YouTube and in the comments section somebody asked if it's true she was fired from QVC.  She denied it and later posted this:

"The guys at QVC were/are awesome! (Not idiots at all). I quit because working at 2am/4am in the morning didn't agree with me. The overnight hosts at QVC have to come in for team meetings, product meetings and planning meetings during the day too, it's exhausting. If I could fall asleep it was in one hour windows between meetings. I wholeheartedly give my respect to those working in all jobs across the board in the middle of the night, it's tough."

I don't think they let her host much, I have always been a big watcher and I don't remember the woman.

@Bird mama  I know... Right... The hosts might be incredibly annoying, but I can't think of a time when any of them actually scared me...

I'm pretty sure she was typically relegated to overnights...

Had Dividia trained with Pat, be her life would have been less stressful. Pat would have been a pleasure to have as a mentor! Can you imagine listening to Jane talk constantly about her Irish ancestry . . . and her family? No wonder Dividia was nervous. I rather enjoyed her accent and her attempt to work in the US with our crazy attitudes. She had guts to take on a gig at QVC!

I remember her in 2008 because I was newly arrived in this country from the U.K. and she intrigued me because of her wandering hybrid accent. It was neither one thing nor the other.

I was wondering if I would end up sounding like that!
