I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I received an order that I placed on the December 10, I was supposed to receive by the 20th,considering the week end, it only took 2 days, This is the first time since shopping with the Q that I have recievedsuch a speedy delivery. From this I do believe now that they do read our complaints and try to improve their business. Lets hope they keep up with it and that they will consider FREE ShIPPING AND HANDLING which would be very much appreciated.
