My husband ordered something for me in December, was supposed to ship 12/13

I have a wonderful, sweet, calm, generous husband. He ordered something for me back in November, to be shipped December 13. He called to check to see if it shipped. He has ordered several times before, NEVER BY CHECK, and they said his order was to be paid for by check so THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER! He told them he had never ordered by check with them, but they said too bad - it's out of stock. Getting angry, he said well Merry F... Christmas, to which Customer Service rep said "same to you and your family."

I wish there was a way to permanently delete QVC channels from our tv's.

However, Merry Christmas to all of you good folks reading this.
