Bittersweet UPS arrival today

So sad.  I received a big box full of two new VPH Christmas products today and it came from the Rocky Mount distribution center.  I love the two items, both newly listed I guess cause they were stuck out on a ship somewhere, and so sad to think of all the lovely inventory destroyed, especially since it probably should have been delivered to QVC much earlier, presented on shows, and would have already been sent out for all of us to enjoy this holiday season.  Please no one jump my case as if I only care about the products and not loss of life or employment for so many.  Of course I do.  But that does not stop me from having a moment when I unboxed my new VPH beauties today.  So glad I jumped on them when I saw them recently listed.

I understand what you mean and how you felt, I received an order today from Rocky Mount that was shipped the day before the fire.

It's beautiful (jewelry), but I couldn't help but feel sad and melancholy thinking about those employees and especially the life of Kevon Ricks that was lost.Heart

The picture of this young man holding his child breaks my heart. Anytime someone complains about not receiving their orders this picture should be front and center. Does anyone know if there is a way to donate specifically  to his family?
