to All of you that posted that's how it's done you were right !   That is how they do it .   I just thought when I saw it with the amount the same as they Original I thought I was being charged again.  In the past when I did an exchange it would show $.00 where the exchange was processing not the full amount .  My mistake,  now I'm clear on it .

I'm starting to have problems with exchanges as well.  Yes, I call C.S. but then I still need to keep checking to make sure they made it right.  PITA.
