After my new Isaac ceramic watch fell off 3 times in one day, I decided to return it. I threw out the original slip, so I printed the online version. That same day my Nadri band ring arrived - which I love. I used the "Return your way" sticker from that package to mail the watch back....BAD IDEA! The nadri ring was credited as a return and NOT the watch. So, did the return dept just zap the barcode and not even look inside the package? I called CS and it sounds like they will straighten it out, but I will never do that again!
