CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS JUST TOLD BY CUSTOMER SERVICE

On sunday I ordered a Honora leather pearl cuff bracelet before it was presented on the air. It was suppose to be guarenteed to arrive before Christmas. When the bracelet was still listed "in process" on Tuesday I contacted CS and inquired why, they told me it was not expected to get to me until the 28th!! The gentleman I spoke with was nice enough to upgrade the shipping so I would get it by the 24th. I just checked on it again today and guess what? Yep, still "In Process". Called again, used automated system and was told the item was on backorder! Talked with a CS rep., he told me this sometimes happens, they either oversell or send back damaged items and have to randomly cancel some orders. I guess ordering before most means nothing. NOT VERY GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE! SO MUCH FOR HAVING A CHRISTMAS GIFT ARRIVE ON TIME. I WONDER IF THE VENDOR KNOWS THIS GOES ON?
