Normally I don't complain much about stuff like this, but seriously the returns are taking 2 months to process.  I returned 4 items 6 weeks ago and still do not have any confirmation showing the items returned.  I have decided that I will no longer purchase anything until this can be sorted out.  Honestly, it really is ridiculous even in the world of Covid 19.  The past few years the customer service and quality of some of the products has declined a great deal, but now it is just awful.  QVC needs to listen to all of these complaints and do something about it, or they are going to continue to loose 30 year customers like me. I wish them the best, but I am done!!

I have to agree.  And like you, I don't complain about what I think of as "unfortunate nuisances"..   However, during a time where we ARE relying on on-line shopping more than ever, it is becoming more than a nuisance to wait months for a refund, or to not receive an item. The QVC social team has been very responsive, but I have absolutey

no confidence now that I will receive an item.. And heaven knows if it needed to be returned, the time it takes to exchange or receive a refund simply requires more vigilance and intention than I am willing to devote.

 

It is unfortunate that QVC has adopted a model that results in shipping times that I am experiencing no where else, and that they don't have the personnel to help deal with issues.  In the long run, it will hurt their profits, because for the time being, I am suspending my purchasing from QVC for a while, and I doubt that I am alone.

I also have quit buying after my last order in early May took over a month to arrive. Luckily, I didn’t have to do an exchange or return with that order.  I can usually wait for an order but I don’t want to deal with the hassle of returns or exchanges that take months.  When shipping, returns and exchanges get back to normal at the Q then I will return to buy. 

 

As an aside, I feel bad for people who don’t frequent these boards and don’t know they can contact the moderators here for help but rather are pulling their hair out trying to get in touch in some way with customer service to no avail.

I am also waiting on returns and am about ready to contact the social team about them.  Also, even with low interest rates, imagine the money QVC is making by holding on to our money for an extra month or more!
