Way back in the day, maybe 13 years ago, I returned a silver ring. I did not insure it. QVC said it never arrived. That taught me a lesson. I was so relieved it wasn't a gold item. I never again made a return that I did not insure.
I must add that my daughter sent me a silver ring for my birthday through QVC several years ago. There was a mess up and I ended up getting the ring for free. My daughter received her money back. Long story.

I would never buy anything electronic from QVC. I brought one time a cannon camera and that was a nightmare.

No. But an item I ordered has been lost. It was a top. I don't know if the Q lost it or USPS but it was shipped the last week in May. Called CS and they credited my account. I personally think it was lost by USPS. The top was a light weight and easily could have fallen into something. Oh well I will probably get it in time for Halloween.
