Re: Anyone Experiencing Return Label Issues?

@Nitefall , Yes! Same for me as well!!!

I had placed an order for 3 items two and a half weeks ago and I wanted to return one item (a Belle by Kim Gravel Dress) but when I went to print a label or get  QR code, the system would did not list this item for return but listed the other 2 items!

QVC has been telling me for 2 straight weeks that they are having technical issues on printing/initiating return labels/QR codes which sounds like a lot of baloney to me because there are certain items I had no problem printing return labels or getting RQ codes but others not so much. The Belle Dress was not a final sale or an "as Is" item so there was no restrictions in returning it back if I was not satisfied.

Plus, they been saying they have had "technical issues" on returns for close to three weeks, so why not supply people with return labels if they have "technical issues"!

Anyway, they had me return the package to them by paying postage on my own and reimbursing me. To you and any others experiencing this issue, I highly suggest that if you are returning a damaged, defective or wrong item sent and you paid out of pocket to return it, make a copy of the receipt you paid and attach it to the item so that they can reimburse you. This is what I did (though I paid double the amount to send it to them then what they usually charge!) and they did reimburse me for the defective dress I sent back of full amount paid and the out-of-pocket cost to return on my own.

That said, I do caution everyone on returns and refunds to double check your credit cards and make sure you are getting the refunds as I personally have been having a battle getting the refund posted on my cc. Either they say they refunded me but I never see the refund on my cc or they withhold a certain amount like $3.50 or $6.50 for shipping when they say they gave full refund amount charged for a wrong items sent or a damaged item.

Anyway, it looks this "technical issue" for returns is going to be yet another one of those issues that will take months and years to fix - or they are being selective in what items they want people to return or what they don't so they are making it difficult for you to return.
