Need to contact Customer Service.  My JZ electric skillet is defective and I need a pick up.

I realize c/s is very busy - been trying unsuccessfully to get through.  Stayed on endlessly; tried live chat is not working either.  My email isn't working - long story - so unable to contact c/s.  Figure I'll keep trying but is there a time/day when I have a better chance to get through?

I feel bad for the workers at the Q; but, sometimes us customers have to get through.

Thanx.

Thank you @Misplaced Parisian .

I sat down few minutes ago to check my Amazonsmile orders and after a short while my call did go thru!  It only took a minute and the rep was soooo nice!!!  I swear they must all be saints!

But, thank you @Misplaced Parisian  for letting me know where to post!  Have a nice day!

@eddyandme   Using the Q return label, you can go on the USPS website and request that they pick up your package.  No need to contact CS or anyone at QVC.  It's very simple.  They will send a confirmation after it's picked up.

Or...I just hand the returns over to my postman and he scans them right then.  He takes them back to post office to be returned...

Thanx, @corita .  Local PO (small town) d/n answer if you call in.  My home is set back apx 250' from street and on hill - d/n always see traffic going by so catching mailman is hit and miss.

@eddyandme,  One additional suggestion for the future -- you might want to consider establishing a secondary email account since you say your existing account isn't working.   There are many good, free email providers.   Having the ability to contact businesses (or even friends and family) via email can be important.   Knowing you already have a "fallback" email is a good safety net.

Another option:  if you use Facebook you can send a private message to the business -- many of them have customer support teams who respond quickly to FB inquiries.   I'm glad you found resolution!

Best wishes to you!😊

I never know when my mail is delivered either.

But I leave a note on my mail box asking the mail person to come to the house for packages.  He doesn't seem to mind he is very kind.  Brings my heavy boxes in the house for me....

Your house may be too far back though...
