An OOPS handled very quickly!!

Today, I received my Q order.....only problem was it contained another person's order/invoice along with my invoice, but not my merchandise. Not sure where my merchandise went, but have to say that the customer service rep. was very nice and is re-sending me my order.......hopefully, the lady that ordered the Tig. bag that I accidently received will be patient....I immediately took it to the post office and it's on it's way back to the Q.

This has happened to me only once... I thought about the women who was waiting for it and sent it back at once.
