QVC, I'm trying to watch the Sterling Designer Gallery ...I'm sure along with many others and your graphics are almost impossible to read and dicypher. Even Lisa R. is having problems. You've got too many numbers up there, the print is too small, the gray is almost impossible to read and the easy pays keep flashing in and out. If I'm having problems and the show host made it clear that she is having problems then surely I can't be the only one. Please go back to your old graphics. Why in the world are you using gray print now too ?

I hate the easy pays flashing in and out.....!!!!! Its like they are trying to hide it on purpose.....whats up with that!!!! Or maybe they are trying to hypnotize us with it in hopes we will buy ....

I swear, you ladies... Here moms has tried to improve the visuals and all you can do is gripe!

Note to Q: Change should be for the better, an improvement, not just for sake of change, and while graphics changes were long over-due, this is NOT an improvement... And yes, the flashing EP is ridiculous... as is the lack of EP for the sterling designers designs... Even checking on-line, (since I gave up on relying on the on-air graphics) I'm seeing precious little easy pay, especially for items in their inventory but that aren't seeing the light of day today. Another Note to Q: When you have a special event, how about making it a truly special event... What a concept!

I guess Bobby and I are just "complainers"......and we should "change the channel" or "find something else to do".....or .... "learn to use our remote"......

And I dont think moms and friends know the meaning of "special event".....

The graphics were very hard to read yesterday. Guess it doesn't matter to me though as I had no intention of buying that high-priced sterling.

That TV shot of Eli in the luxury box has created quite a stir.....people either think he's drunk, or just plain dopey looking....I REFUSE to be associated with anyone like that and and don't care what moms says....

And how many potstickers and silicone lids have you purchased anyway.....
