I agree she has a speech impediment.  However, I believe her laugh is phony. Who constantly laughs when there is nothing funny.

@Kitty Galore  Yes, it's indeed a speech impediment.  Amy confirmed it herself years ago that she cannot pronounce some words correctly.  She cannot pronounce the "L" inside words, like the examples you gave.  

Some people have nervous laughs, or laughs that make them more comfortable in front of the camera.  I don't consider it phony either, it's just something they innately do.  Amy and Leah both do that quite a lot.

Could be a nervous laugh, but she should be over that after being on camera all these years or at least get it in check.  It's annoying.

You ladies are *ILLING me here!! Now, I am wishing I didn't reopen this thread, LOL. Amy was one of my faves and someone on this board mentioned her laugh back in the Fall in a posted thread about "her laugh". NOW, I haven't been abe to UNhear it. I never noticed it for almost 16 yrs watching and now it bothers me, HAHA.

Now, you ladies are pointing out this speech impediment and I have NO issue whatsoever with anyone who has one, but I hope that doesn't start botherig me now, too, like the laugh! Amy went from one of my fave QVC hosts to the middle of the pack after the laughing got to me. LOL!! Sorry, sad, but true!!
