Funny how we're all different regarding which hosts we like and don't, as I'll watch Rachel B. any day over Amy.

I don’t recall anyone saying petite people brag. That’s not part of this conversation. What was discussed is Amy and her particular style of selling.

I don't think she brags about her size but I don't care for her sales style and would never get why anyone would find her voice enjoyable.

I believe what many here are referring to is that Amy seems to mention her size, maybe a bit too much that it can kind of be a lil bit nauseating. I just assume that is why they feel it conveys as bragging. I personalyy understand that Amy prob does this, as she knows new viewers are tuning in daily, so that is why she does it.

However, I believe many posters believe the frequency of her shows it comes off as bragging. Amy does seem to mention her size, as frequently as  Jane T  & Ali Carr mention about how they participate in marathons or tell us about Cara, Deirdre, Henry & Violet. Heck, you could prob start a drinking game each time Amy mentions her size during a clothing presentation show, LOL.

I agree her voice drives me crazy. Whenever she is on I change the channel. She couldn't,t sell me a postage stamp. I miss Mary Beth.

I do  not enjoy her as a host

Reasons

mentioning that she is an XXS constantly

interrupting vendors constantly

unbearable shows with Lori Goldstein and gushing over Lori 

i seldom participate in these forums

JT is the worse but Amy and Shawn are getting up there

i much prefer the hosting and selling styles of Courtney, Teri, Rosina and Sam. They are so respectful of vendors
