Amazon Tablet TSV Help Please

I cannot get to my Facebook page on the recent TSV tablet.  I've tried syncing, uninstalling and reinstalling.  I've also tried chatting with Amazon and it is a nightmare being transferred from associate to associate with no solution.  Anyone having this problem and could help me out?  Thanks.

CaseyVF, I’m so sorry you are having such trouble. I’m not a tech savvy person but a couple of things come to mind if I were experiencing your issues.
Is the FB app not pre-installed? If not have you down loaded the App from the App Store? If you haven’t then I would start there. If you have, I would go to your PC or laptop and see if you can access it there. If you can, then the issue is your tablet. Also, using another device, go to Brett Hamilton’s FB page and leave him a message explaining the problem. I’ve read he is very responsive.
Lastly I would message the customer help forum on these boards and they would direct you to the contact person.

Have you setup wifi on your kindle?  Amazon has a kindle forum on the Amazon web page.  I stumbled across it one day.  You can read previous questions asked and/or ask your own question.  You didn't get an answer right away, but it think it was less than a day.  I guess it depends how many questions are asked.
