@Pecky to run a 25 mile marathon, you should be training by running 25 to 30 miles a week.

To walk a 25 mile marathon, it would take like six to eight hours.

@febe1 My friends runs 25 miles every other day for running in a marathon not walking.

@ Becky, Unlikely, you are going to be a lazy fat slob all year and decide to run a marathon annually with a few weeks training. Smiley Happy
