Alberti comes across polished.  He also takes care about his descriptions of products.  I like his jewelry demostrations especially.  One night I watched him with Louis Dell Olio and he did a good job.  He allowed Louis, another polished gentleman, to describe his clothes and just asked questions.

Alberti is an asset to QVC and I don't  think they realize it. He is so gracious to the vendors presents himself as a great host. Very calm describes his product with great detail. He needs his own show. QVC create one for him! Alberti us a delight to watch.

Well said!! Alberti is THE best on QVC, as far as I am concerned.

Alberti is a decent host, I just don't prefer him doing jewelry shows. He gets stuck on the word BEAUUUUUTIFUUUUULLLLL and exaggerates it out so much to the point of I have to change the channel as fast as I can. It grates on my last nerve! You can definitely tell he got some of his sale tactics from the former host LR, cause most times he sounds just like her but in a male voice. She loved the word amazing and he loves the word beautiful!

Wish these hosts would realize there are so many more adjectives out there to use to describe a piece of jewelry instead of relying on a crutch word. It comes across like one is too lazy to think of anything else.

I agree totally.  But it is "ssooooo beauuutifuuulllll".   

I do notice that after his shows the presentation of the items are always from a previous host.   hhmmmmm

Jennifer Coffey and Antonella are the best at discribing jewelry.   Even Carolyn Pollack complemented Jennifer on her vocabulary.

I Adore Alberti, he is So well Spoken, intellegent, and VERY informative.  He is Good at all items from jewerly to clothe to cleaning products.  QVC Really choose well with Him. Plus he is so Handsome....

Alberti is my favorite host. While he is very polished, he is also genuine which is a refreshing mix. He is very respectful of the vendors and allows them to talk about their products without unnecessary interruptions. He has a calming presence. If I'm watching QVC and there's a show coming up with Alberti, if I have some interest in the product line, then I'm much more likely to watch because Alberti is the host. -- Thanks so much for the article reference. i like Jennifer because I think she is conservative, maybe a bit frugal, being a single mom and never over the top.  She loves being a mom but never gushes about her daughter and in moderation.  The only thing I would correct is when she closes her eyes when speaking but she knows her products which is most important to me as a consumer.  She looked gorgeous in that Dennis Basso red dress and I love her personal story.
